On a crisp evening we had the pleasure of making homestyle New England staples for a think tank for the creative and technology spaces. Guests hailed from Africa, Inited States, and Japan. We made Atlantic Salmon with Dill Creme. Vegan Manhattan style Chowder. Black Pearl Clam Chowder. Pot Roast. Last but not least. Eaton Mess. Toni and I set sail with our son, Ben, and our 4 grand kids for the first time on Moments in Time. It was nice weather with low winds and no chop.
