The third 78', hydrofoil-assisted Teknicraft Catamaran built by All American Marine was delivered for Kitsap Transit's fast ferry service between Bremerton and Seattle. This 118 passenger ferry is high speed, with ultra-low wake, and will join the Reliance and Rich Passage I to provide additional ferry service on Kitsap Transit's fast ferry route. The SW108-3's full carbon hull, deck and bulkheads, together with a high modulus carbon mast and boom, a lifting keel (4-6.2m) and titanium deck fittings, offer a displacement of 74.2 tons, making her a formidable sailing machine. Vi bor fem personer på några få kvadratmeter. Det är magiskt, äventyrligt och alldeles, alldeles underbart. Men efter snart två år har vi lärt oss en sak: vi måste av båten minst en gång om dagen. En promenad, en strand, en glasspaus, en lekplats, en klippa eller en snorkeltur. Det spelar inte så stor roll vad vi gör, vi behöver bara lite mark under fötterna och någonstans att springa, tjoa hög och få lite mer yta mellan oss.
