If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best. I got mine from www.sailormall.net, search for pneumatic roller, not inflatable roller! While anchored out in my sailboat for months at a time I sustain myself through spearfishing. And no fish is more prized to me than the Permit. A super powerful fish with a crazy fight on it! My spear was not attached to anything. So if I let go, there would go my polespear and the fish. Check out this crazy fight!
