We were flying home from the Southampton Boat Show when we saw the fireworks from the plane. This was the show that has been made in one of the bigger and important squares of Barcelona. Yesterday was La Mercé Day, the Barcelona Patron Saint. Every year there is a fireworks show in Plaza d'España, one of the beautiful squares of the city.

One of the many things I love about this adventure lifestyle and simple living on a sailboat is that I can completely flip my day around. I just have to slip a few lines and cast off from the dock.
