I attempted to filet it and in the process made some amazing sushi! Fresh sockeye sushi sashimi! Yum! A little soy sauce and a slice of beautiful red salmon! Doesn't get any better

After months of island-hopping across the Mediterranean, our Lagoon 440 Kaia has finally brought us to Sardinia – and the pace of life here instantly feels different. We’ve sailed close to 1,000 nautical miles this season, from Spain’s mainland to the Balearics, and our recent crossing to Sardinia was our longest and most magical passage yet. This week, we drop the sails and take time to soak in Sardinia’s wilder side. Under a gentle breeze, we make a short sail down the coast to the peaceful anchorage of Punta de S’Achivoni, where we celebrate Vika’s birthday surrounded by calm seas, turquoise water, and our three salty dogs. From there, we follow the eastern coastline past deserted beaches and rugged mountain backdrops, before stepping ashore in the quaint town of Portoscuso – our final stop together before Vika heads off to Ibiza. Next episode, it’s just Sam at the helm for his very first solo sail, taking Kaia and the dogs toward the southern tip of Sardinia – tackling the challenges of single-handed sailing for the first time. The Mumm 36 - Go To Red made some magical memories for the Bottom Up Boats crew. The boat really came alive whenever we could get the A-Sail up in a bit of pressure. The boat was touching 10 knots of boats speed in gust up to 16 knots on the beautiful sunny day on Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland. Flat water and breeze really aloud the Mumm 36 to get her bow out of the water and jump up on the plane. The it was perfect condition for the yacht with the crew working together to ensure the sails were trimmed to perfection to keep the boat flat while reaching as the tighten up to make the bottom mark. The team at bottom up boats hope you enjoyed this Mumm 36 Memory, where you can become a skipper for a minute by coming onboard Go to Red. Go to Red was a great boat which creation many memories which the crew and hopefully you look back on fondly for many years to come.
