What is 83-year-old Ok-sun Hyun doing jumping into the ocean with a leaded belt and a sharpened knife? Just what she’s been doing for the past 65 years: collecting abalone, sea urchin and octopus to feed the villagers on the small island of Jeju in South Korea.
