Balancing life as a captain and entrepreneur means some days I’m working on my laptop from the cockpit, with the sea as my office. Over the years, I've learned to focus only on what matters—urgent tasks in the morning, so that by evening I never miss a sunset or a relaxed moment on deck. This is the rhythm I want to share with you on our Sicily sailing co-working trip—where mornings are productive, evenings are unforgettable, and the yacht is our workspace and our home on the water.
