All you need are a couple of dumbbells and you’re ready to go! 👉🏼 I’m so excited about the structure of this challenge - 7 different styles of workouts, so you’re getting a mixture of strength, HIIT, glute building, ab shredding and athletic style training. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever done (or see any other program do), and will help you to reset on your body, mind and fitness GOALS! Workout structure: Minimal rest between exercises. Rest 2 min between sets. Reps listed on the video! 4-5 rounds total 👏🏼
