Where should we go or what should we try next? We've been in Trinidad a while but hadn't tried a huge selection of local food, so when a Trini friend invited us to go to the Queen's Park Savannah Food Strip in Port of Spain of course we said yes! It was a fun way to try a huge selection of dishes, including Goat Geera, Chicken Roti, Pig Tails and Pie. https://velaboatworks.com/ We pulled the Vela 368 Catamaran out of the shop for a quick clean. At this stage, she's got high build primer on the gunnel cap. The console and helm seat are fastened in place. Now we are about to take her out for a spin to see how she rides with the extra weight.
