Tie it in the centre of a line when you need a loop and you can't easily get to either end. 🔸 It makes a good hoist if you have to lower or raise someone, with one loop the seat and the other under the armpits and around the chest. The loops should not slip and it shouldn't jam after strain. 🔸 With a doubled up rope, make a small overhand loop as you would in a Bowline. I giorni passano e si avvicina sempre di più il secondo grande salto. Sono passati ormai 3 mesi quasi da quando siamo arrivati qui e davanti a noi abbiamo ancora quasi un mese. Un mese in cui prepareremo Julia (carena, rigging, check motore, check vele,…) e prepareremo noi! Ci aspetteranno più o meno 18 giorni tra st marteen e le Azzorre, ma il periodo dovrebbe essere uno dei migliori. Comunque, non vi perderete nulla. Come sempre, verrete con noi e seguirete da vicino i preparativi. Un abbraccio forte a tutti, la testa inizia a tornare a casa! E avremo mille modi per incontrarci tutti insieme, stiamo già pensando a qualcosa…… ma è troppo presto per parlarne!! A domani, che è SABATO! Andrea
