There's nothing like a huge pod of dolphins to cheer you up during a bleak Scottish summer. We had the honour of being escorted by these, for around an hour while sailing our way down the sound of Sleat, between the Isle of Skye and mainland Scotland. This new 2017 Sedna 24, a Polish built 24-foot trailer sailer, made its debut at the Southampton Boat Show and boats.com reviewer, Rupert Holmes, took the chance to hop aboard to get a first look. This great boat clocks in at a great value £30,000. Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/boatsdotcom For more boating videos, visit http://www.boats.com. boats.com features boat reviews, how-to videos, special features, and information about new boats, boats for sale, and boating products—usually with a dash of fun. With over 100 boats on the start line everyone was fighting for air shortly after the start, with the tide coming in all day it paid to get right early to find both clear air and some relief from the stronger tide out in the main channel. On the way back in the trick was to find the deepest part of the channel to ensure you were in maximum tide to increase your speed over ground. Things were still tight as we made it down to the Harbour Turning mark off Cork City. A checky 1720 slide inside one of our competitors when the did not have room which gave us few more seconds back from Control-J as we battled to move up the standings on Day 3 of Volvo Cork week 2024 The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you like this short clip from our week of racing at Volvo Cork Week 2024
