This is a question I get asked a LOT and I am here for it. ๐๐ผ I used to workout soooo hard at the gym, and then crush so many snacks after dinner. Even if I wasnโt hungry. It started to affect my results, my physique and my comfort (constantly bloated before bed). So I started to implement 3 โhacksโ that helped me so much. I almost never get cravings anymore and feel so much more in control of my food intake. 1) BRUSH YOUR TEETH SHORTLY AFTER DINNER - this makes wanting to eat a snack so much less enjoyable, because then youโll have to brush your teeth again. No thx!!! 2) TEA WITH SWEETENER - sometimes the craving is just for something to shut that sweet tooth up. So a hot drink with a little bit of honey or sugar can help! 3) EAT WELL ROUNDED MEALS - if your cravings are super high, it probably means youโre lacking in something in your diet. Make sure youโre eating meals that have protein fats AND carbs in them. Note: If you are constantly eating low carb, this WILL affect these cravings!
