This week I'm spending some time back home on the Isle of Cumbrae. After more than 10 years living in Australia, I'm starting to realise just how much I took this place for granted. In this video, I'll share a bit about why I moved back to Scotland, give you a tour of my floating home, tackle a few boat jobs, and explain how I recently managed to lose an anchor! After spending time ashore with family and friends it is time to get back to our life on the water! We are always a bit anxious when returning to Frolic as we never know if she will be as we left her. After seeing what happened in our absence we launch into a frenzy of cleaning, provisioning and repairing to get ready for a new winter season sailing in warm southern waters.
