Cenando a bordo del velero Gran Nergha. Hoy viernes hemos salido del puerto de Punta Lagoa en la Ría de Vigo para el curso de capitán de Yate. Despues de un intenso día con vientos de entre 20 y 33 nudos con mayoría de 28 nudos nos toca el descanso del guerrero.
