The answer is hydrofoils - wings under the surface that work like an aircraft wing, except water is roughly 800 times denser than air, so they can be tiny and still lift the whole boat. Chris and Jamie donned their walking boots and took a hike up to the top of Knidos peak. The reward was a breathtaking view in both directions, with the low sun in the west and views back across Mersincik towards the north.
