The founder was Henri Jeanneau, a hardware store owner, who began by producing power boats. Jeanneau specializes in monohulls, but it created a specialist multihull line, Lagoon catamarans. Went to Jetty Park Beach today to see if we thought the washed out beach might be worth taking our metal detector to search for treasures. The beach erosion was more than we thought but I believe we will plan a trip back with the detector. never know what kind of treasures you might find!
