A big pink kite gliding by shortly after the finish of the final race at Cork Week 2024. Shame that we can not share the boat name and make with you as we could not see any number to identify the boat. The trim looks great as the glide by to windward shortly before hitting the finish line. The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you enjoy our continued look back on the racing acting from the 2024 session. We use our dinghy anchor mostly to keep our dinghy from hitting the dock when there is a swell. What we do is tie the dinghy to the dock, shoot the dinghy anchor off the back, and then pull the anchor line tight enough so that the dinghy doesn’t hit the dock. After we came back to a popped dinghy in Mustique, we learned that it’s best to use an anchor!
