🇬🇧Gradually, at my own tempo, I dare to sail more and more with more wind. Keep practising, daring, believing that one day I will be ready to discover the world with La Belle Bleu. Solo and together with my little family, we are making progress and it feels great! They too have now been infected with the sailing virus and want to join us one day. I am looking forward to that immensely! FYI: I use the sailprooftablet as my plotter outside. A great buddy who works perfect even with sun on it and rain!! Our yachts are built with ease of ownership in mind, and this is why, if you need to remove a hidden deck fitting we’ve attached, there will be GRP packing around the nuts below the deck. Not only does this prevent any ingress of water around the fitting, it means that any bolt or machine screw can be removed and replaced on your own, and without having to remove any of the interior. Anyone who has unscrewed a bolt, and heard the tell-tale clatter of a nut falling off, will know the sinking realisation that a quick job has now become a long job. The headlining and possibly parts of the interior will need to be removed to access the bolt. We never want that to happen to you. There may be times when deck fittings need to be repaired or replaced.
