Sometimes when you raise the sails, the battens get hung up on the lazy jacks. Sometimes they free themselves, sometimes, and you can drop the sail and try again. But sometimes, they have to be wiggled free manually, which is what Brent just did. Once they are free and clear of the lazy jack lines, we raise the sail again and the wind is now carrying our floating home to another island! Want the full adventure? We will be taking a zero-tolerance approach to online abuse, discrimination and hate speech, and will #DeleteBanReport any of this type of commentary on our channels. Team Ireland athletes have collectively taken a stand against online hate speech this week as the Olympic Federation of Ireland launched their new campaign ‘Don’t Scroll By’. The campaign is an initiative of the Olympic Federation of Ireland’s Athletes’ Commission and has been launched with the support of Indeed, an official partner of the Irish Olympic team. It calls on the public and sporting stakeholders nationwide to adopt a zero-tolerance approach to online abuse, discrimination and hate speech, and to #DeleteBanReport​ any of this type of commentary they witness online.
