If you listen to the various discussions around the docks, you know that there is significant disparities among sailors concerning fixed docks and floating docks. For Toni and I, nothing beats a floating dock and we think most catamaran sailors would agree. Fixed docks required line adjustments, fender movements, and simply getting on and off the boat safely depends on the tides. However, a floating docks are a set it, and forget it. Everything moves as a whole with the tides. See why here. Feel free to comment and let us know your thoughts. Subscribe and share the adventure! In this episode of Pirate Rodney’s Cuisines, I show how to fillet small fish step-by-step using croaker that we just scaled in the previous video. Many people struggle with small fish because the bones are tight and it’s easy to waste good meat. In this quick tutorial, I demonstrate the simple knife cuts that make filleting small fish easier and cleaner. View the details & cost of the products I use with my affiliate links below: KNIVES: https://amzn.to/4c00kdR AIR FRYER: https://amzn.to/4kV43f5 In this video you’ll learn: • How to cut around the small bones • Where to run the blade along the rib cage • How to remove the fillet without wasting meat • Tips for handling smaller fish like croaker, trout, and panfish This fillet will be used in the next step of our recipe where we turn the fish into delicious fish rolls. The team at ProJekt Boatworks is very excited to announce their latest new design, the ProJekt M-53. This exciting new Bakewell-White monohull design boasts a fiercely robust aluminum hull, deck, and cabin. Resin-infused carbon fibre is used to produce the strong but lightweight hardtop, mezzanine cabinet, and leaning post. The specialized composite components reduce the overall weight without compromising the strength and integrity of a well-engineered aluminum yacht.
