Who's the fastest windsurfer ever? ▫️ We ran a reel recently on the 500m World Sailing Speed Record currently held by Paul Larsen on Sailrocket 2. There are quite a few windsurfers on the list. ▫️ We got quite a few comments asking "where is Bjorn Dunkerbeck?" While he doesn´t hold any 500m sailing records, he has held 3 outright records over a nautical mile and also hit 55.97 knots over a 2 second time gap in 2021. ▫️ So here he is. Weather warmed up and winds were strong, we out-sailed both a Beneteau and a S2 in the large florida pool, Winds favored Matilda this day! What a fantastic weekend. Anchored in Sandy Creek cove with 8 other fleet sailboats. #peacefulvibe #sliceoflife
