MORNING ROUTINE WHILE SAILING IN THE US! 🇺🇸⛵️🤍 We have settled into a pretty good routine while we’re here, but the most important part of its success is consistency! 🌞Every morning I wake up at 7:30 AM, make my bed, do a full body stretch and get ready to workout. There isn’t a lot of time between waking up and going to the gym, so recently I’ve been using my Ninja Blast™ Portable Blender to make my mornings even more efficient! My favourite part about it is the ability to blend ice so effortlessly, so even if our ‘frozen fruit’ isn’t so frozen, it’s still so thick and creamy. YUM. Also it literally takes 30 seconds. After that, I grab the blender (ya you can literally drink straight from it), and head over to the gym. Todays workout was absolutely brutal but felt amazingggg after 🥵

We are on a river cruise down the Rhine and I shot this today as we went through a valley with lots of castles. We are on the Amamora, never knew river cruises were much of a thing but I am a big fan.
