Day 2 of the Geelong Festival of Sails saw the two MC 31s enjoying some moderate breezes for 3 windward leeward races on Corio Bay which gave the two boats their first opportunity to race downwind.

Our short pause- sailing around Koh Chang, Thailand, left me with a taste for more: small islands (not all of them are inhabited) and those that are, are pampered in resorts and good restaurants. Pristine beaches, white and velvety sand, clear water (sometimes tingling), and swings - my weakness. Refreshing massages, fine cuisine, every sunset with a pina colada, breathtaking views, and gentle people, it was refreshing to be part of a flotilla of 5 yachts, Thank You, Dudi - via maris, for this lovely flotilla adventure. #sailingchannel #sailing #shorts
