SKIPPER LARGE POWER COURSE (4.9/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) : https://www.nauticed.org/powerboating-courses/view/skipper-large-power-boat One of the easiest docking of course is when there is now wind present. We like to use this method with a bow springline. You can use this method for sailboats as well. Take the NauticEd Skipper Large Powerboat online course at https://www.nauticed.org/powerboating-courses/view/skipper-large-power-boat #powerboat #powerboating #boating #boats #education

The first week of the season ending frosties regatta a strangford lough yacht club got of the a lively start with 15 to 25 knots keeping the sailor busy. J109 Going to Red was blasting across the bottom reach when the out core of the tack line broke. The dynemma core shot forward with the tack line rising about 6 meters before the core locked in tight in the clutch. The team kept calm and kept the kite flying while they dropped the jib before cutting the rope to drop the kit. Another example why you always need a sharp knife handy while racing to ensure that you can get out of any trouble where ropes get locked in and will not run. The crew did a great job of staying calm before racing on to victory in race 1.
