The super "cool" cockpit cooler option! Great to have a deep freezer during passage and when turned off becomes greater added storage. The lid and cooler edges are all insulated with foam and reportedly work great. Once at temperature, the unit requires very little power. We'll revisit this during our passage and report back! Built in 1938 as 'C10' for the admiralty. She was renamed Destiny in 1958 and sold by the MOD in 1963. Since then she has been owned by Husbands Shipyard, Star Tugs and now owned by a South Wales Businessman, she carries his name 'Thomas'.
