Last weekend it was time for the sea trial of the Bestevaer 62 Luskentyre, the latest member of the Bestevaer family. In the coming weeks the last things will be tackled and the owners will take her for a more extensive sea trial. After that she can be admired at the Hiswa in-water Boat Show from August 30 to September 3. You can come and see her at berth C38. We are enclosing and extending our wheelhouse before winter for protect and so we can move the mainsheet from the top of the aft cabin to above the wheelhouse (better safety and a better sheeting angle). We have nearly finished the prototype/winter hack frame. We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP.
