Recording footage and dedicating the time to produce content just didn’t turn out to be as rewarding as we had expected. It started taking away from the very thing we love most—the simple, beautiful life we’re so privileged to live. So, after much reflection, we’ve decided that it’s time to close this chapter on YouTube. While we won’t be posting videos anymore, we’re not saying goodbye completely. About half the 850 hours on the mains are trolling hours, although from the great condition of the boat it is hard to tell that it has ever been fished. Chinese sailor Jingkun Xu's wore his heart on his sleeve as he raced around the world. So did many of the other sailors and while everyone's story was fascinating, the fact that Jingkun has just one arm speaks no English and ran his entire campaign with barely any shore crew made his story all the more fascinating. But his journey was more than that - when he talked to the camera he did so to mark a moment in his journey, for good or for bad and you just couldn't help but get drawn into his world. On long-distance sailing or ocean racing boats prove that sitting on level surfaces minimises fatigue.
