During our Greenland sailing adventure, we sailed along the Ikateq Channel to the end of the Sermiligaaq Fjord, reaching the stunning Karale and Knud Rasmussen glaciers. We navigated along the edge of the glacier to get a closer look at this breathtaking natural wonder, discovering towering mountains and crystal-clear icebergs in perfect harmony with the serenity of nature. The insurance we went through probably 15 different insurance agencies looking for someone who would insure the crossing for the Atlantic, insure the boat while it was in Croatia. And being a U.S citizen with a U.S flag boat in a foreign country not a lot of people were interested. The tip that we actually got that worked out was from Nick for UNIQUA Insurance and they were super helpful. Easy, it just fell right into place. Then came the mooring in order to have the insurance we had to have a mooring which meant that we would, we had to go back through and call just about every Marina in Croatia which there's a lot! =========================== ?? ??
