After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour! I know how seriously the people of Trinidad and Tobago take their cooking so wanted to make sure I could do a decent effort before I shared how it went! At the time of her launch she was the largest performance sailing Catamaran ever built. In 2009 NECKER BELLE completed a two-year major refit in Australia. Her interior received a complete interior build-out with the addition of a fourth stateroom and the exterior upper deck was modified to achieve more deck space. Many other improvements have been made over the last few years including the installation of two brand new Caterpillar C7 main engines in 2014.
