Just at dusk eye witnesses saw a lightning bolt hit a 30 ft ketch swinging on a mooring in McKinley harbor, downtown Milwaukee. Driver pulls out in front of me from a stop sign. I'm driving with headlights and fog lights on so I should have been plenty visible. Had to come to an almost complete stop to avoid the collision.
