We were sailing through the Solomon islands, when we decided to stop for a surf and explore the area. We took the dinghy to a small island, and were horrified at what we found. Tens of human skulls just being displayed out in the open, and we had no idea why. We definitely felt an energy there unlike any other I have ever experienced....

A few final days in Japan before an early flight south. After five weeks away overseas with family, and finishing the manuscript of my latest book during a brief return to Tokyo, I’m heading back toward my boat, Wahine, in remote Uken Inlet on Amami Island.
