This workout filled my cup in so many ways... I got to use free weights, workout on a solid gym floor (NOT sand or a random concrete pathway), surrounded by air conditioning, and doing my FAVORITE style of training - athletic, powerful, explosive. These last couple months have been pretty hard to stay on track. When you’re in the extreme heat, don’t have a proper training environment and the most minimal equipment - you start to get discouraged. Add in some minor aches and pains and imbalances that you can’t fix, and the whole thing starts to feel like a chore😣 I am beyond grateful for this gym, for my body, and for all you guys cheering me on (your messages mean so much to me).
