Finally Sailing!! #Shorts

We're finally sailing! Without any official sailing school lessons or courses, we have been teaching ourselves how to sail. We both started from zero without any sailing experience when we bought Ujud. Over the time of ownership, reaching this point has been a relatively slow process in comparison to the many sailors we encounter in person. We live aboard our small sailboat and it's taken time to gain confidence about the very many things that sailing involves. It's nice for future us to be able to look back to today's achievement as a couple, we are sailing with both the mainsail and the Genoa. Both sails are reefed down so that we're not overpowered. Percorrendo il sentiero lungo la sponda del Fosso si supera la cappella votiva "Madonna delle Grazie" per giungere in 10 minuti alla partenza dell’impressionante “Ponte alla Luna”. Attraverso una campata unica di ben 300 metri e sospesi nel vuoto a 102 metri di altezza dal torrente sottostante, deambulando letteralmente in aria si arriva al rudere del castello che domina il villaggio da un suggestivo punto panoramico. #pontetibetano #ponteallaluna #basilicata
