Giorno 75 - L’acqua dolce a bordo. Iniziamo a entrare nei meandri più nascosti della barca. Oggi vi portiamo a scoprire i segreti che si celano sotto alla panchetta di un divano: la pompa dell’acqua :) Come spiegato nel video, siamo abituati a vivere in barca con 1000 litri di acqua dolce per volta. Da domani, la nostra indipendenza dai porti potrebbe cambiare drasticamente, diventando illimitata la disponibilità di acqua dolce potabile a bordo. Questo significa che non sarà più necessario centellinare l’acqua per le docce, potremo sciacquare il ponte dopo navigazioni “salate” e soprattutto non dovremo più portare mille casse di acque dai supermercati. Exiting the Narrows of Strangford Lough and crossing the Bar mouth to head out into the Irish Sea is always exciting when you have wind verse tide.
