We aim to share what I have learnt since 1998 when I started working as an Engineering Technician. • Boat Recipes - We intend to make boat recipe videos where we will share Rossella's simple and delicious boat food ideas. • Yachtmaster Theory and Seamanship - Although we consider ourselves to be novice sailors, I have been working offshore (at sea - mostly on vessels, sometimes on platforms) since 2006. Since then, some years I have spent more days at sea than I have on land. I have also studied and passed the examination for the RYA Yachtmaster Theory qualification. Avere la giusta strumentazione sulla barca è importantissimo, prima di tutto per la sicurezza, la strumentazione ti dà appunto la tranquillità di poter navigare, di poter anche guardare in giro, mentre il pilota automatico funziona egregiamente, di avere dei dati buoni del vento per quello che riguarda B&G e poi su questo genere di barche, che sono un oggetto unico, di avere il meglio a bordo.
