Chewing betelnut is an extremely addictive habit that the majority of people in Papua New Guinea partake in. It is a strong stimulant, and can have quite a few adverse health effects long term. It is completely legal, and available every 20m down the street, but some people cannot function without chewing multiple throughout the day.
