My nervous laugh about shooting the gap is classic! Jim and I have very much learned to sail through trial and error, in fact neither of us had ever been on a sailboat prior to Chuffed. We wouldn't begin to claim we are 'good sailors', we are however safe sailors and are slowly dialing in little tricks with Chuffed to get more speed or comfort out of her.
