Giorno 138 - una pausa rigenerante Sono giorni intensi quelli che viviamo ultimamente. Molto lavoro, molte miglia, molte cose da fare, poco tempo per fare tutto. Imparare nuove skill sul lavoro Imparare meccanica, elettronica, idraulica a bordo Imparare a coltivare passioni e salute fisica e psicologica. A volte ci sembra di inseguire tutto ciò, annaspando, accompagnati da quella sgradevole sensazione di essere un passo indietro, sempre in ritardo. Parlando con amici e con qualcuno di voi nei DM abbiamo visto come sia un sentimento piuttosto condiviso. Chiaramente ognuno lo declina a modo suo, ma il filo rosso che unisce la sensazione di inadeguatezza, ritardo e affanno è piuttosto condivisa. Che fare quindi?
