In this video, the Global Surveyor encounters an Inuit boat near Ikateq, Greenland, close to the abandoned US Army Air Force base known as 'Bluie East Two'. This base operated from 1942 to 1947 before being abandoned. We have hundreds if not thousands of video clips and when we started going through them to make our first videos for you tube, the rest of the family had a good chuckle as I started nearly every video with 'So here we are'.
