If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best. I got mine from www.sailormall.net, search for pneumatic roller, not inflatable roller! Duckworks sell them in the USA www.duckworksbbs.com/gear.htm The boat I am pulling up the beach is my Strike 15 trimaran, having just come in from a chilly February sail in Port Townsend, Wa, USA See more at my website www.sailingcatamarans.com

Back when we were reprovisioning for our ocean passage from Port Vila, Vanuatu to Noumea, New Caledonia. Vicki is considered somewhat of a hoarder when it comes to food and let's just say that Tāiko is always well stocked with tin goods. Her philosophy is 'There's always room for one more tin!". #sailingcouple #sailing #sailingaway #sailinglife #sailingboat #sailingyacht #sailingvessel #sailingadventure #passageplanning #passageplanning☕ #passageplanning2 #passageplanning🌎 #oceancrossing #oceancrossings
