The other day we had a sneak peek at the design, and we absolutely love it! It’s going to be big, but we’re confident Vela can pull off the look. 💁🏼‍♀️ Soon, we’ll be test-fitting the tubes! Meeting face to face with a green turtle always makes the dive and this is a fantastic site for meeting these chill turtle dudes. The Shallow Wrecks of Butler Bay, St Croix is a fascinating wreck dive for all skill levels and features: a NorthSea Trawler (Suffolk Maid); a tugboat (Northwind); a massive oil barge (Virgin Islander); NOAA’s HydroLab (Aegir), which was decommissioned in 1985; and the remains of several Hess Oil Trucks. With it’s wheelhouse starting at 20′, The Northwind Tugboat was used in the TV movie “Dreams of Gold — The Mel Fisher Story” and is a photographer’s favorite.
