2 tbsp yogurt starter per cup of milk Heat milk to 175F Remove from heat and let cool to 115F Stir in yogurt starter but don’t overmix, maintain clumps Keep warm for 12 hours in the oven (by turning on the oven light or if you’re using a boat oven like me, heat the oven for 3 minutes before placing the pot inside just to get the oven warm, turn off the oven and then place the pot covered in a towel)

#6 Montafon Banked Slalom presented by DEELUXE March 19th, 2016 • Gargellen, Austria It’s banked time again!! Ladies and gentlemen, we have the pleasure to announce the up and coming 6th edition of the Montafon Banked Slalom. Like the past years, it will take place in the beautiful so called « Banked Town », Gargellen, deep in the Montafon valley, west wild part of Austria. On Saturday, March 19th, the race format will welcome 150 racers in the (in)famous « Barrel gully » which will burn legs for two fired up runs. After a day of hot berm shredding, we will gather around live bands at the bottom of the resort to celebrate the fastest racers during the prize giving. Online registration starts Sunday, March 6th, 20:00!!! - first come, first serve!!! She quickly proved her speed under the burgee of the @nrv.1868. Later serving in the German Navy under the name Ostwind, she returned to private hands in 2005. Between 2006 and 2008 she was meticulously restored to her original plans in Flensburg. This restauration led to the formation of our yard. Today, sailing proudly under the @flensburger_segel_club, she continues her story as one of the finest examples of 12mR heritage. @robbeberkingclassics
