#shorts Here’s a video from a lil' while back, took about 20 minutes to reel in a roughly 5 foot blacktip shark outside Venice Louisiana. That's the biggest critter I have ever pulled out of the water personally! So much fun!

On Sunday, 9 October 2016 racing was cancelled at Royals as gale force northerlies caused damage around Melbourne and the RYCV Marina. Winds of up to 46kts gusting to almost 60kts were recorded at Fawkner Beacon and peaked around 2.00pm, which resulted in several mooring lines letting go as yachts lurched around in the wind and up to one metre waves that lashed against the marina. I think I have to do a full room tour soon! But here are a few impressions on the new head make over. Yes I know it is not boaty, but that's not what I was going for, I am creating a cozy home for myself! So here we go: - brand new fiberglass shower floor - new timber benchtop - riverstone sink with mixer tap - hot water shower - no more porta loo, I have proper boat toilet now :) - i built in 2 cupboards - a pretty mirror on the wall - lots of nice plants :) - skincare products by @DeedIndustries thanks so much IG:yvonnemarianna.travels
