Quem mora a bordo tá ligado o nhéc-nhéc que os cabos fazem quando o barco está na marina... mas como pra tudo dá-se um jeito, lá vai a dica: Basta molhar a parte do cabo que fica laçada ao cunho com água quente e um pouco de detergente.... dura praticamente a noite toda! Salve ragazzi! Quando si parte per un lungo viaggio internazionale per mare, la parte burocratica della programmazione della navigazione non va trascurata. La Maruzza fino all' anno scorso era un natante, quindi priva di immatricolazione e bandiera. Insomma era una specie di bicicletta, una roba senza targa, apolide e raminga. Io fino adesso ero riuscito in modi rocamboleschi ad arrivare comunque ai quattro angoli del Mediterraneo, fino in Medio Oriente. Ma con l' età son diventato saggio e ho deciso che la mia barchetta si meritava di battere bandiera così da non aver problemi in giro per il mondo. Quindi l' ho registrata con bandiera polacca. In questo modo la barca è sotto l' egida della convenzione di Montego Bay (https://it.wikipedia.org/.../Convenzione_delle_Nazioni...) che mi permette di seguire la legislazione navale del porto di immatricolazione della barca. Dato che la regolamentazione nautica polacca consente all' armatore di decidere cosa è meglio per la sua imbarcazione in termini di dotazioni di sicurezza e visite tecniche, non sono obbligato ad avere attrezzature costose, onerose e ingombranti a bordo e nemmeno a effettuare ispezioni periodiche che costano un sacco di soldi. Purtroppo se avessi registrato la barca in Italia avrei dovuto pagare mille balzelli, spese e obblighi che non sono disposto per natura a sopportare. Comunque, a parte il dispiacere di non poter sfoggiare il vessillo patrio a poppa, l' immatricolazione dell' imbarcazione ha mille vantaggi. Per esempio, a meno che non ci sia il sospetto di traffico d' armi, droga e esseri umani, nessuna nave militare ha il diritto di fermare nell' alto mare una barca battente bandiera (cioè inserita nei registri navali dello stato in cui è stata immatricolata).
