It’s essential for divers to be mindful of this factor and to use the appropriate exposure protection, like a wetsuit, to ensure their safety and comfort while diving. Typically, a 3mm or 5mm wetsuit is recommended for diving in Indonesia, although a shorty or skinsuit may be suitable for some dives in the warmer months. When I don’t have to hide from the sunshine because I found reef safe, non greasy, non stupid looking/ weird feeling sunscreen. So I can get back outside and stop worrying about becoming one giant wrinkle. Live sunny sunscreen ☺️
