Once a year, La Galigo is back in #Bali for a dry dock after a long journey in the #sea. While in dry dock, we conduct maintenance on the whole boat in and out. We give our boat a complete makeover! Starting with cleaning all the barnacles off the hull, then repainting the entire ship. We're also taking care of the engine and making sure the deck and all the rooms are sparkling clean. Irish Sailing have partnered with Water Safety Ireland and the RNLI in a pre-season push to reduce incidents on coasts and waterways. If you’d like to do some more training or brush up on what you already know, Irish Sailing has over 100 training centres around the country offering courses in sailing and windsurfing as well as powerboating and other specialised instruction.
