On day 85 out of 90 in Southeast Asia, I crashed on the motorbike while filming myself. This was a gentle crash. A few minutes later, I crashed again while going downhill. The motorbike I rented had no rear brake and so I was trying to navigate the steep dirt roads with only the front brake. Any cyclist/motorcycle rider knows the danger in that... The second crash was a doozy and I bruised my knee pretty good... Still hurting a week later. (Yes Mom and Dad, I've been to both the hospital on the island, and my doctor here at Stanford. I'll be fine.)

I snart 60 år har vi på Varbergs Sparbank delat ut ungdomsledarstipendier till ledare som gör ovärderliga insatser för att bygga det fantastiska föreningsliv vi har här i Varbergs kommun och Horred. Ungdomsledare som ger av sin ideella tid och som varje vecka ser, bekräftar och får barn och ungdomar att växa. I år har vi fått in: • 55 nominerade ungdomsledare • Som representerar 31 olika lokala föreningar Från och med i morgon ger vi oss ut på turné med checkar under armen, blomsterbuketter och konfettiregn och överraskar ledaren i sitt rätta element - tillsammans med föreningen - i en digital stipendieutdelning som pågår hela oktober. 10 ungdomsledare får 10 000 kr. Även föreningen som ledaren är aktiv i får 10 000 kr. Hoppas du följer med och hyllar Varbergs fantastiska ungdomsledare tillsammans med oss från och med 5 oktober.
