In 2011, David Copperfield installed an underwater sculpture 12 ft deep at his private island - Rudder Cay - in the Exuma Cays Bahamas for the amusement of his island guests and snorkelers. Called "The Musician", it includes a full-scale stainless steel mermaid and a replica of a Steinway concert grand piano. Sculpture artist: Jason deCaires Taylor. Our March 27, 2022 edition of our Cooking and Provisioning Class. The members wanted to learn how to use up leftovers on their passages. We taught them frittatas and fried rice, along with basic provisioning principles, sanitation and knife skills.
