Dann im Golfstrom nach Norden und schließlich bis New York City und wieder zurück nach Florida. Wir haben unsere geliebte Wanderling verkauft und ein neues Boot in Griechenland gefunden. Fast alles wird sich nun ändern. Wir sind durch unzählige Ups & Downs gegangen in diesem Jahr. Wie hat nur so viel Leben in 12 Monate gepasst?

This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel. Sunrise to sunset what a memorable day. We left Loutra, Kythnos, Greece in the am to a stunning sunset and glassed off waters. We had plenty of great sailing at 7 knots with both sails out and an average of 25 knots of wind to help us cross to the mainland and drop anchor in Varis Bay off Varkiza Beach, Greece. We had a quick dip in the sea at sunset to cool off before bed. We will miss our many friends in the Cyclades and Dodacanese but we are excited to be out of the main Meltemi path. Corinth Canal here we come ⛵️🙌🏼
