Αναδείχθηκε η ανάγκη για: πολιτικές που στηρίζουν τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα, ευκαιρίες κατάρτισης και mentoring, εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, δίκαιη εκπροσώπηση σε ηγετικές θέσεις, ενίσχυση της ορατότητας νέων γυναικείων προτύπων. Οι συζητήσεις των πάνελ, από τις πρωτοπόρες που άνοιξαν δρόμους σε έναν απαιτητικό χώρο, μέχρι τις νέες επαγγελματίες της τεχνολογίας, του σχεδιασμού και της βιωσιμότητας, ανέδειξαν τον καταλυτικό ρόλο των γυναικών στο μέλλον του κλάδου. Ένα συνέδριο που ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες Η ONDECK Events δεσμεύεται να συνεχίσει και να επεκτείνει τον θεσμό, θέτοντας τις βάσεις για ακόμη πιο στοχευμένες δράσεις τα επόμενα χρόνια. Vilanova i La Geltrú is a dream venue to host the world’s best foiling sailors with plenty of berthing for spectator craft and an on-water operation that will ensure safe viewing, close to the action, right on the boundaries of the racecourse. The racing itself promises to change the way you see yacht racing. Time-on-distance at speeds that could exceed 40 knots, challenges the accepted norms of racing sailing and with all six teams fielding their strongest sailor line-ups, nobody wants to suffer a poor regatta.
